We will investigate and process all reported complaints within seven business days and may restrict access to reported materials. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who violate our Terms of Service or infringe on the rights of others.
If we remove content based on a legitimate notice, we will disable access to the content and try to notify the user responsible for providing the content. The affected user can file a counter-notice to dispute the removal. If we receive a counter-notice, we will reinstate access to the material in question within 7 days of receiving the counter-notice, unless we receive a notification that the complaining party has initiated legal action seeking an injunction against the material.
If the recipient of a notice of alleged infringement believes that the notice is incorrect or inaccurate and/or that the allegedly infringing material has been wrongfully removed, or access to it has been wrongfully disabled, they may file a counter-notice in accordance with the outlined procedures above. The information provided in a counter-notice must be accurate and truthful. The recipient will be held liable for any misrepresentation that may result in claims being made against this site in connection with actions taken in response to the counter-notice.

Upon receipt of an appropriate counter-notice, we will forward the counter-notice to the claimant who first sent the original notice identifying the allegedly infringing content. Subsequently, we will cease blocking access to the disputed material within 7 days of receipt of the counter-notice, provided we have not received a notice that the original claimant has filed a lawsuit seeking a court order to restrain the recipient from engaging in any activity related to the material.
